Job Description:
- Assist to drive SME (Small Medium Enterprises) business performance and assist in the monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of both strategic objectives and business development projects in progress.
- Assist the SME (Small Medium Enterprises) segment strategy in line with the overall retail banking strategy; to ensure the achievement of profitability targets through revenue maximization and prudent cost management
- Assist to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or final year students with no regular offline classes to attend
- Excellent command of English
- Good or at least familiar with Microsoft Office; Excel & Word
- Meticulous & detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Critical thinking and the ability to analyze data (e.g. from financial statement) and provide a conclusion
- Willing to commit for a 6-months internship (start in March). Willing to work from the Office in Jakarta as required
